What services do you offer?

Lumen Studio Pro provides professional architectural visualization, 3D modeling, BIM/Revit services, construction documents, and permitting support. Services can be provided individually or combined to support a project from early design visualization through construction documentation and permit submission.

Who do you work with?

We work with architects, custom home builders, residential designers, developers, contractors, and real estate marketing professionals. We also work with homeowners and clients who need professional visualization of a proposed project.

Do you work with clients outside of Arizona?

Yes. Lumen Studio Pro serves the Phoenix metro area, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and remote clients nationwide. Architectural visualization, Revit modeling, and many documentation services can be completed remotely using digital project files and online collaboration.

What information do you need to start a rendering project?

Depending on the project, we may need architectural plans, elevations, sections, CAD or Revit files, material selections, site information, landscape plans, and reference images. The more complete the design information, the more accurately the final rendering can represent the intended project.

Can you create a 3D model from my 2D plans?

Yes. We can build a 3D architectural model from 2D drawings and other available project information. This model can then be used to create photorealistic renderings and, depending on the project scope, may also support additional visualization needs.

How long does an architectural rendering take?

Typical individual rendering projects take approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the complexity of the architecture, level of detail, number of views, and revision requirements. Larger projects and multi-image packages are scheduled based on the specific scope.

How many revisions are included?

Revision allowances depend on the project and service package. The goal is to establish the design direction and camera views early so that revisions can be handled efficiently. Additional revisions or significant design changes after approval may be billed separately.

What file formats do you provide?

Final renderings are typically delivered as high-resolution JPG or PNG files, with web-optimized versions available when needed. Revit projects can be delivered as RVT files, while construction documentation may be provided as PDF and, when applicable, DWG files. Specific deliverables are established at the beginning of each project.

Can you match my project's materials and design selections?

Yes. Material selections, finishes, architectural details, landscaping, and environmental elements can be incorporated into the rendering to accurately represent the design intent. Reference images, product specifications, and material samples are helpful when available.

Can you create interior renderings?

Yes. Interior visualization is available for residential and architectural projects, including kitchens, living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and other interior environments. Renderings can communicate materials, lighting, furniture, finishes, and the overall atmosphere of the space.

Do you provide multi-discipline BIM coordination services?

Yes. We regularly communicate with multi-disciplines involved in the project such as civil, structural and MEP engineers, ensuring no details are left unchecked.

Can you help with construction documents?

Yes. we provide architectural construction document support, including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and coordinated drawing sets, depending on the project's scope and requirements.

Do you handle permits?

We provide permitting support and permit drawing preparation for applicable projects. Permit requirements vary by jurisdiction, project type, and scope. For Arizona projects, I can assist with preparing documentation for submission and responding to plan-review comments when included in the agreed scope.

How much do your services cost?

Every project is different, so pricing is based on the scope, complexity, number of deliverables, level of detail, and required turnaround. After reviewing your project information, I can provide a customized proposal outlining the services, deliverables, timeline, and fee.

Can I hire you for just one rendering?

Absolutely. Individual rendering projects are welcome, whether you need a single exterior hero image, an interior view, or several images for a presentation or marketing campaign. Ongoing support and multi-image packages are also available.

Can you work with my existing architect or designer?

Yes. Lumen Studio Pro can work as an extension of your existing project team. We collaborate with architects, designers, builders, and developers using the plans, models, and documentation already available.

How do I get started?

Send an inquiry with a brief description of your project and what you need help with. If you have plans, Revit or CAD files, sketches, reference images, or other project information available, those can be shared for review. We will then discuss the scope, recommend the appropriate service, and provide a proposal and estimated timeline.
